Served within Marketing Department of this 100 branch national bank (parent company is the #1 bank in Puerto Rico). Retained following merger with Banco de Ponce and promoted to Bank Officer in 2001.  Reported directly to Regional Marketing Manager.  Administered $500,000 budget for public relations, promotions and donations. Interacted with three regions in New York/New Jersey, the Community Reinvestment Department and Business Banking Group.  Coordinated trade show involvement for all bank departments.  Verified validity of and recommended disposition of proposals for donations and promotional requests.  Assisted with national merchandising and conducted market research.  Conducted onsite inspections of 44 NY and NJ branches to ensure most profitable use of promotional materials.
