Managed customer service issues such as unsatisfied clients, collections, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and marketing. Demonstrated selling skills in negotiations of selling cars to wholesale buyers and individual buyers. Awarded TRAC leadership award for 2 consecutive years for the second largest fleet and profitable department by Toyota.
Car Rental Management:
Started as a customer service associate and evolved to a manager after a period of 1 year. Managed day to day duties such as: data entry, customer complaints, accounts payable, accounts receivables and collections. Submitted required documentations and reports to higher personnel on a timely manner. Managed hiring packages and personnel of seven employees. Supervised employees on time cards and making sure they abide by the company regulations. Prepared and finalize end of month report before submitting to the business office.
Advantage Rent a Car:
Worked for 2 years as a rental associate affiliated with customer services representative. Managed daily opening and closing reports making sure they are ready for the next business day. Worked exclusively with customers in reservation bookings and customer complaints.
