- Diane - June 20, 2011I have been placed in 2 different positions by this company in the past 10 years. The first one was exactly what I was looking for & turned into a permanent position. I was there for 2 years before the company laid me off. I called them again after that and they sent me for an interview with A very good company that also turned into a permanent position until the company closed in October of 2010. They have been nothing but hard working and kind - Oh...Sandy - try spell check maybe you'll get a better position.

- cbd - June 12, 2011Sandy,...what do you mean unethical databases?

- wegotproof - March 9, 2011Spherion is a deceptive corperation which uses misleading and deceptive practices to snare poeple looking for a job into an unreasonable and unethical situation, they profit off the sweat, and most often, tears of those they place, we have been doing an investigation of this company and are very close to releasing to the public the structure of this company, please, if you need a job, DO NOT LOOK TO SPHERION for that job, there are several avenues in which one can find good employment, and to allow a company to profit off the people they place without regard for the well being of that person is unreal, again, we have been investigating this company and there staff. a link will soon be posted in the news paper in which all will be able to go to the site which will bring this company down.

- Big Corporation - October 20, 2010I'm an employer. I needed a temp. I called Spherion in Princeton. I asked for a college graduate, professional, well dressed. All they could send me were resumes for data entry clerks. They must not need my business. Terrible, terrible customer service.

- Beck - October 17, 2010They lied about what the job was that they were signing me up for. Luckily it didn't exactly matter to me because a job is a job. I needed one and they got me one. They were nice to me. And I have resigned from that job, not because of Spherion, but because of the people I worked with.

- anonymous - August 11, 2010they fucking suck

- Lorraine - July 6, 2010DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have worked for them two different times. The first time, they gave me an assignment that was impossible for me to do. They put me (a 100 lb female) in with a bunch of guys and I was required to do a ton of lifting for 8 hours. When I explained it wouldn't work, they said if I didn't give a two week notice it was considered abandonment of the assignment. They wouldn't just switch me jobs. When I accepted the assignment, they left out that major detail about the job. The second time, I didn't get paid! They put the wrong address into the computer (an address that didn't exist in a completely different town) and rather than just putting a stop on the check and cutting me a new one, I got the run around for over a week. I STILL have not been paid! They are a sneaky company that looks down on all their "employees". It's quite sad, too, because the lady I went through the second time was sweet as can be, so with her I have no issue. It's the company itself...and the people in the main office who refuse to actually do their jobs to fix situations that THEY caused! NEVER AGAIN!!!

- Alan - October 27, 2009This "Sandy" person has absolutely no clue what she's talking about. When I enrolled this this agency, I was set up with a position at a doctor's office within the week. The second location that they found for me recently hired me full time. They were nothing but professional and courteous to me throughout my experience there. "Sandy" doesn't realize that sometimes jobs, even in this day and age, are hard to come by, and by not finding one instantly, she's looking for others to blame. Don't be afraid, job seekers, this office WILL help you find a job.

- Sandy - September 20, 2008The people who work in this office are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are obnoxiously deceptive and they to lie to people seeking jobs, misguiding them, refusing them without confirming their intentions. Using their sneaky deceptive practices, they label people who they have never met and blackball them from competing for jobs. The more persistant a job seeker is in requesting help from this agency---the more likely they are to be accused of harassment by this agency. They can not understand why someone is persistent in calling them---they dont get it---when they are advertising local jobs under their in the local newspaper! This agency claims a persistent caller is a harasser---that by seeking a job---they are being victimized and will file charges. This company should be boycotted because they discriminate and label people who they have not ever met. They are all about gossip and unethical databases.
