- anonymous - May 11, 2012I have had NOTHING but problems with Volt over the last 19 months. They did not uphold their end of my agreement as far as wages and raises. No one ever follows through on their end when I finally was able to get a hold of them - sometimes it took a week to get a hold of anyone who worked for this company. I've had them hold paychecks for no reason and not give me the rate we agreed on. Terrible company - do not work for them. They will put you in a position as a simple data entry coordinator and you will end up getting taken advantage of and used as a full time employee and they will do nothing to help you but say you can end your assignment if you don't like it. They told me they were going to fire me because I asked about my raise I was supposed to get 3 months previous to that. Just all around bad communication and they do not care about their employees at all. Christmas party = warm juice and old cookies. Rude contacts when you can get a hold of them. Not very knowledgeable about their company policies or procedures.

- anonymous - February 14, 2012Great job opporunity and good pay. No complaints. Make sure you take a good resume in with you that really showcases your skills.

- anonymous - April 18, 2011When hired I was told I would get a raise at my 3 month review. When I asked about it after 6 months (with no raise) they basically told me they didn't need to honor the agreement that was made when I was hired and if I didn't like that I could quit or get fired. Classy company.

- Pat ONeill - April 17, 2011I signed up a year ago and got a call right away for two different jobs, didn't get the first one, but got the second job at 3M and I love it.

- anonymous - March 31, 2011they won't even call you to let you know if you have not be selected for a job. they do not give accurate job descriptions. if the job sales person aka recruiter doesn't speak english good luck because yes, it can get worse at that point. bottom line go through another company if you can. companies should stop using volt altogether.

- Rich - March 30, 2011Awesome! During my first interview they talked to me about 3 different roles. They were all GREAT opportunities. I have great hours and great pay.

- anonymous - February 18, 2010Very shitty company - never responds to emails, lies to employees regarding benefits, doesn't know anything about the jobs they are placing people at. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!
