Rep made an appt with me. Waited over an hour and finally left. Was told he was on the phone. Someone could have offered to reschedule or let me know he was delayed but no, left me to sit without any reading materials over an hour. Complained to corporate and was told someone would get back to me in 3 days. Never happened. Not the type of company I would want to work for.
