New Graduates are best to hire because 1) We work for lower pay-great in this economy 2) Although we are lacking experience, we are generally willing to work harder, and to work longer hours. We are very serious and chose this field because we are dedicated. 3) New Graduates are more enthusiatic about advancing their education and in being loyal to their company. The only thing you would have to do with a new graduate is have a tiny bit of experience, and train us. Other than that, you have a darn good, loyal, hard worker. New Graduates= Better Workers.

This agency bascially told me that they could not help me at all. I am a new graduate looking for a job and they said too bad.
