Westaff

I also had a good experience with Westaff about 6 months ago. The downside was that it took a few weeks before they sent me the Salesperson I needed, though I have already seen results and she fits in perfectly with the rest of the team. In retrospect, it would have taken me longer to find her on my own, and I didn't have the time to invest into screening for the right person. I recommend Westaff to anyone who doesn't have the time or money to advertise and properly screen and interview, as they will take care of that for you.

I hired a new admin through Westaff because I simply do not have time enough in my day to sift through resumes and interview people. The Manager at Westaff in Albany told me that they could send someone over on a temp to perm basis so that I could decide if that person was a good fit. The first person they sent, Lauren, had the skills and experience I had requested and ended up being a great fit. Lauren has been successful here for the last eight months and we are considering hiring a second person through Westaff now that business has picked up. When the time comes, I will be using Westaff, as they have the most qualified candidates.

I was laid off from my last job due to company downsizing and hadn't had any luck finding work on my own. When I contacted Westaff, they were able to get me a great temporary job while I looked for work. I was lucky and the company I temped at decided to keep me.
