Larkin Daly, uncaring about where she places staff. Hostile, racist environments. No followups to complaints.

Highway robbery. The staff is friendly, but I have never been charged such high rates and got the same quality as I do with other agencies at lower rates. They did not offer drug testing or background checks or anything unless I specifically asked for it and they quoted me a 30% fee for a career placement. I took my business to TRC.
