This temp firm has found me 3 temp jobs that each have turned permanent over the last 8 (2001-2009) years, with each paying more than the last. If you are attentive, detailed, and willing to work hard then they will work for you. On the other hand, if you always "not available" or get negative feedback from thier clients they will NOT put you to work. Hint: Ask your rep when to call, but if you call them each morning at 8 - 8:30 and let them know you are there and willing then you will be put to work. No complaints from me. They don't seem to be around anymore, and I'm not surprised. My first temping experience, over a decade ago, was through this agency, and the rep at the time was warm and attentive. I spent a day at a reception desk and the next day was offered a permanent job with that company. I stayed there a couple of years, left on amicable terms, and returned to Forrest to try temping in other industries. The same woman was there and got me a decent assignment immediately. Then all of a sudden, she didn't work there anymore -- and there was no check for me that week! Though receipt of my timesheet had been confirmed, another rep and the payroll guy swore up and down I must not have called to confirm receipt. How demeaning! The assignment ended soon after that -- the manager of the department I worked in was very publicly fired, all her perm staff were laid off, and I was told it would be my last day. I checked in with Forrest a few times after that for a new assignment but never got a response, and I eventually moved on to other agencies.

this temp-agency has really got to get on the ball when it comes down to getting people some work,how can anyone possibly say that this temp-agency is good when I have calling the agency for one whole year and absolutely nothing that I have gotten from them,and for that,they get a 2 rating from me,no disrespect.
