- anonymous - September 21, 2011Horrible will never go back Good luck whoever decides to use them. This office should be closed

- Awful - June 13, 2011Faxed them an Employment Verification form. They told me it would take a week to fill out and fax back. A week later and they will still need more time. The form might have 20 questions on it.

- Unprofessional - May 10, 2011Went to Forum and stayed for hours filling out form after form... and taking test after test... and aceing all of them.... After listening to their receptionist go on and on with this maintanence guy... about dating him... and her loud telephone conversations and nasty comments about every temp that called in for info or their time.... They are totally unprofessional... and when I was finally seen... I was rushed out and told that I should call... and that if they called me and did not get an answer they would pass me up... People have lives...

- anonymous - April 8, 2011so far no call back. i will wait and see

- Anonymous - March 29, 2011In 2003 I was sent to two assignments one lasted 3 months the other 3 weeks. After losing my job and 8 years later I had to update my information with them filling out so much paper work. The person I dealt with in 2003 is no longer there. I believed they would be reliable as the were in 2003. Suprise! they are not. It's been very disappointing when I went there I saw a lady printing copies of lottery tickets obviously to distribute to the office pool. Also a flirty front desk receptionist showing a coworker some panties she purchased. It left me with a very bad impression they aren't to concern with placing people. I have repeatedly contacted the multipe people that have been assigned to assist me to no avail. They don't give a s#ht they can't put themselves in one's position to understand the need to work dispite their advertising postions available. I have a firm believe they discrimanate. For the years of experience I have and the ability to recover money in my field I should be considered for placement. I've just about given up!

- Theresa K. - March 2, 2011This temp agency was amazing in a very positive way. Anne and Michelle always provided work and a decent wage. If you have a flexible personality with great medical administrative skills, they will do right by you. I give them four stars!

- Joanne Sue - January 27, 2011I had extensive experience in the fields they claimed to have openings for. I also have advanced computer skills and scored very well on their aptitude tests. Frankly, this place was a huge waste of my time and an utter disaster. You're going to go in there and look to your left, right, in front, and behind and see nothing but a bunch of Shaniquas and Yolandas. There are a million extra papers in their ridiculously long registration process that elude to the fact that they are looking to hire welfare bums and unfortunately, I don't believe in using government assistance, so I guess that didn't give me an edge in being hired. It was such a frustrating experience...took 4 hours and some of the people that were there when I got there were still there when I left. They are disorganized and the environment sucks. The reference checks are SICKENING--what do they want while they're at it?--a colonoscopy?! Someone mentioned a very valid point..they have you put ALL that personal information on reference postcards and it includes your social security number! VERY SCARY. If you have been the victim of identity theft, lately, you may want to look back at this agency. Everything was just so wrong about it. I would NOT waste a second here.

- someone who use - January 13, 2011At first i thought they were full of it but I got my first call back Jan 07 and when I got sick in March of 07 Michelle kept calling me to see if I was avail to work. Mchelle was the best when she left my calls got less and less. I worked all the time from Aug of 07 till May of 08 with 1 company because of Michelle.

- anonymous - November 7, 2010In their verifications and reference check they send the social security number of employees by open mail to a wide number of people. Isn't it a breach of confidentiality and not at all necessary? Someone giving a reference knows names not social security numbers. This practice should be stopped

- anonymous - July 12, 2010I was called by them in response to a resume I submitted. I had an appointment with them I had to cancel. I left numerous messages for Paul, but did not get a callback for a new interview for testing until three week later. I am feeling this agency as most today are just gathering applicants to make the numbers. Why waste my time when I could use that time in my continued job search!

- anonymous - July 8, 2010A DISGRACE

- Anonymous - March 23, 2010A few years ago, I must have registered with this agency at least 3 times, and no one calls you back. They promise to get you something, but never lives up to their promises!

- Anonymous - March 5, 2010Good luck trying to make more than $10 an hour with this agency even with a college degree and excellent scores on the computer tests.

- Luckey - February 4, 2010I used this agency many times but I need to tell you: demand a high rate at the beginning because no matter how hard the assignment, they will never raise your pay. I had a really, really hard assignment with a miserable person who drove me crazy and for whom no one wanted to work and I stuck it out and afterwards I asked for a rate increase and was told in no uncertain terms no way.

- neka - January 6, 2010forum was good to me i always got temp and perm jobs top pay as well.i would recommend over and over.

- Judy - August 25, 2009Two years ago I went and took the test.I was desperate for a job. Used to call every day and no one call back. This agency is horrible.

- Rossy - April 27, 2009I work for this agency for over 8 years. I never had a problem. I had two assignments one which lasted until now, I am a personal assistant

- melissa169a - March 20, 2009Had what I thought was a good interview and test back in October 2008. Was NEVER called, even though I called in my availability for several weeks. It almost became like a game; I'd call, my contact would say "Thank you," and then I'd never hear from her. AVOID.

- Yorker4hire - March 20, 2009Completely unreliable. A friend rec'ced this agency to me and I have not heard from Katherine (agency contact) for anything. She always replies "it's slow" etc.. I doubt it's that slow to be honest or else they wouldn't be in business. I think it's one of those agencies that's a hit or miss.

- Renee - March 3, 2009I worked for Forum in 2006. I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I had several assigments and so did my friends. We all wound up with permanent jobs at Mount Sinai Hospital.

- Joanne Savino - September 16, 2008Years ago, I was sent by Michelle Butler of Forum Personnel to HIP (Health Insurance Plan of NY) on West 34th St. to perform temporary clerical work which was praiseworthy and I received good reviews on my work from HIP (to Forum). For subsequent work, I called my recruiter,(Michelle Butler)who arranged for me to work at HIP and as there was no work available, I phoned other agencies and was given an interview date and time for a two week temp assignment at Banco Popular. Immediately thereafter, Michelle called me for work, I and I mentioned the interview, but she never again gave me work, despite my numerous attempts (via phone calls) to seek more employment (from Forum,) and as I have been treated as someone who betrayed the company or broke a contract to limit myself exclusively to them, I wanted to include this message in your website. I also phoned Anne Cochran's phone, leaving messages a number of times, but she never returned my calls.

- Adeline - June 26, 2008Great agency, very helpful and found me a high paying job

- The Poison Pen - November 27, 2007This Temp-Agency should be for people with absolutely pulses of what-so-ever,I mean,Is it so ****in-ass hard to get a live human being on the phone without having to answer to some dog-gone answering machine,I mean honestly,what-ever happen to calling up a temp-agency that actually have live people for whom you can talk to.

- anonymous - May 31, 2007This agency is horrible and unreliable. Good luck getting to speak to a human being.
