- NYC printprod - January 27, 2012I reached out and tried contacting them. I sent out several emails trying to get in touch with them after a friend recommendation. They didn't even try. How are they still in business? Must be doing something right...?

- Yvonne - September 28, 2011Gainor was the only agency that helped me and sent me out on temp jobs as well as interviews. they got me my job and I have been working since 2008 it me several months but I di temp for them and I went to at least 8 agencies and they are the only ones that helped me! thank you gainor!!

- anonymous - September 21, 2011Waste of time. This office should be closed. They never return phone calls

- Well I am Bless - March 21, 2011I have been working with Gainor starting in 2002..and still there..I guess God is on my side...oh and Gainor.....I really think that they do try...

- cathy - June 10, 2010I am looking for job, can you please help me, you can email me at caterina_pagano2000@yahoo.com

- OhWell - May 13, 2010This agency isnt good at all. They sent me on one interview. The interview went well but I assume I didnt get the job because the agency never called me back. The woman had a weird attitude. One minute she was rude, then she would get nice, then she would get rude. And she would say "I'll call you right back" and then didnt call. very unprofessional. I didnt bother calling them for another assignment or interview because I wouldnt want to work with nutty people anyway.

- JustMe - November 16, 2009Agree with all. Given the way the agency started, with just two women, it's disappointing. Seems like a case of a business that got so big that it wasn't able to keep up the personal touch that got it there in the first place.

- anonymous - July 29, 2009I have sent my resume at least 10 times over the last 8 months. Today out of the blue I got a random email response asking me my salary requirements, which are stated in my profile on their website that I created 8 months ago. DUH! No mention of jobs even though I see several openings that I'm more than qualified for.

- Yorker4Hire - March 20, 2009I have to agree with LaidOff. They are still terrible and never call about anything. They promised stuff was going on at Pfizer but nothing ever happened. Big waste of time.

- LaidOffInNYC - June 17, 2008I totally agree. I was asked to take their test the night before I came in, the test was easy as agency tests usually are, I went in and was given a copy of an old magazine article about the founders, and met with a woman who told me things were slow and they didn't have anything specific at that time. I wish she had told me that beforehand, during the initial phone call. There are agencies who admit that they're not getting many orders, and will say so up front before you come in. She ought to have done this. I've emailed to check in a few times with no response. Very disappointing.

- anonymous - September 27, 2007This is a terrible agency they never call you for anything but they always have postings saying they are actively recruiting . This agency is a wasteof your time
