Able Body Labor

I have been working with you all for about 3 years. You all started out being a fair equal employer however, the new change in staff has caused a number of issues with new clients. Have you noticed you have a large number of illegal immigrants coming to your location on Central and Watkins. You even have people camped outside the doors the night before. That looks very unprofessional. I spoke to a worker of yours by the name of Alex. He refused to give a last name. Alex stated they don't send people out first come first serve. He stated he can't do it that way and never stated a reason why. I have went to that location as early as 3:30am in the morning looking for work and has stayed till I was the last one in the place at about 7:30am. They sent all hispanic persons and no one of any other race out on jobs and told us other clients there were no more jobs for the day. Are you running an illegal immigrant work site? Your staff is not very nice or helpful to the clients. I feel like if I am not a illegal immigrant I won't be sent out. They are sending them out first and when I question they just tell me they don't have any work right now. Or I have even seen them let friends pick friends regardless of qualifications. I really hope you can provide some change to the problem that is occuring in your company. I am even willing to work as the receptionist who sends clients out on jobs. I am a fair person and wouldn't ever imagine working for anyone being unfair or unequal. Thank you.
