I have a totally good perspective on this agency. The address is different now, but I am proud to work for them. I was sent out on a job after 2 hours of interviewing. I worked that job for 5 days and was laid off. Less then 24 hours later I had a new job that I have been working at for 4 months now. I like that I have a steady job and I have never had poor service. I agree that I work hard for my money, but I am grateful for the chance. I only wish I knew if was going to get hired on. That is my only complaint.

We have only been in CO for 5 months, and my husband has been working through this agency - everything that has been said is TRUE - and I am glad the one person who "liked" the agency had a good experience, but our experience has been AWFUL - they way they pay employees is suspect, and I have a really bad feeling about this place....

I have worked with this company for several assignments. There was an option to pick up your paycheck in Denver or Aurora. I had a similar situation as the other poster - I went to pick up my check and they claimed I indicated I would go to Aurora to pick up my check. Impossible because I live blocks from the Denver location. They had me wait around for 45 minutes and finally released a check to me. Another big concern I had: I was working a ways away through prime source but lived close (a few blocks) to their office. One Friday it was a bad snowstorm and I couldn't get to the job site but I was able to walk to their office to get my check. I was waiting for my check and the one employee was sent out to deliver paychecks to the job site. She walked in and I heard her say "Well I couldn't find this one person so they won't get their check today - they can get it Monday" and her attitude was very blase, like "oh well" and not really concerned in the least that maybe this person needs the money to eat or for something important. And the attitude she had was I don't care enough about this person to make an effort to DO THE JOB I WAS HIRED TO DO...... The list goes on and on and on - I could come up with a whole book about the horrible customer service and attitude this agency and it's employees have. (unfortunately your ranking doesn't go lower than 0 I would rank it lower if I could)

This is the worst temp agency in the Metro area. The employees are bias about who & where they place you...(have you ever seen a black or hispanic person working there?), they talk to you disrepectful (have you ever been in the office, someone calls in, they put the caller on hold, then "critize the caller to the other staff members") they are unprofessional & lack staffing expertise (they pay you $10 an hour & charge the employer $20 an hour letting you work there)..bottom line Primesource needs to be investigated by the DORA, are the employees really qualified to work there & is it fair marketing to ask the employer to pay double hourly for an employee that Primesource is only paying barely over minimum wage?

Aug 2010, they must have changed their tune in recent times. I got sick of their bait and switch crap that in 2007 I told them to stop calling me and get lost. I understand that positions get filled. But every single time between 2001 and 2007, the story went like this: "Hey, come on in and interview, we have this great job in a great location paying decent money!" the I go in and it's "Ooops sorry, position filled five minutes before your interview, but we have another job located in BFE paying 3-5 dollars less and it's craptastic!" Once, yeah, but four times? Bait and switch all the way.

A friend of mine referred me to this company, and I can truthfully say I haven't been disappointed. I read the reviews so I was nervous but pleasantly surprised. The office was definitely very busy but the young lady I met with was unbelievably kind, helpful, and she was very professional. I witnessed employees yelling at the recruiters and they kept their cool. The girl who interviewed me, she's taller with short blondish, brown hair, was very patient, understanding and you could tell that these people appreciated her help. Overall, I would surely recommend this place to my friends and family. They showed me using a staffing agency is useful and I honestly enjoyed the people that worked with me. Thank you Prime Source!!!!

This temp agency is bad to work for. They talk to you like you're an idiot, the staff acts inconvenienced when you call in and see if there is work. They look at you with disgust. They interview very lazy. They don't do actual interviews, rather they cram as many people into a small room and make them read some poorly written paragraph in front of everyone. If you're nervous then you don't get the job. It's like some terrible reality TV show where you're eliminated for not being the star. They don't even care about your previous work history. The one assignment I did work with them they cheated me out of 4 hours of pay stating I didn't sign out. This was a job I busted my ass at and was sore for over a week after. Then they refused to show me the sign in sheet and rather showed me a photocopy. Hard to see white out on a photocopy...
