Talesfore Employment Svc

I applied for a job as a Recruiter/Staffing manager on their Web site. I called back about a week after submitting my resume and was told Talesfore doesn't have any openings and that no one has updated the Web site. Very annoying in a recession.

Talesfore did a good job - they placed me into a project management position with a ton of potential - the job market is quite competitive and it is impossible to get back to every resume that is submitted. Chris at Talesfore told me that for my position there were over 400 resumes submitted.

I would disagree with the above statement also. They are great people and out of all the companies I've used they are the only one that I would go back to! They had great companies they staffed for, and found jobs I was looking for. They are considerate in that aspect to find you what you want and they care about you, your not just another number to them!!!

Don't even try to apply for a job with this agency. You can send your resume all you want and never hear a single word back from them. Even if you call them, they will take your name and tell you they will call you back and never do. And they NEVER e-mail you back. I tried for a month and i have EXCELLENT credentials. And I'm not one to bad mouth anyone. This place is the most unprofessional business ever. Sucks when good people are trying to find a job and get blown off.
