- anonymous - September 3, 2010Worst Contract company i have ever been with. I have work with many other companies and I have never had so many problems. They are unorganized, they take over a month to return your phone call then when they do return you phone calls and when they do return them they say something retarded like, "i couldn't understand what you were saying when you left your voice message b/c you spoke to fast." LOL I said my phone number twice on every 10 voice messages i left. (i am not from another county either, so i have no accent.) They make it extremely hard for you to get you ira money once you leave the company and the list goes on. (no-sick days, took away paid vacation after i had been in the positions for two years... etc.) So Best advise STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

- anonymous - April 29, 2010HORRIBLE CONTRACTING AGENCY!!!!!!!! Do not work for them. They told me my effective date for health insurance would be the first of the following month and I have an infant so I took her that month and months later find out that they gave me the wrong effective date. I would have never taken the position if I knew that I wouldn't have health insurance for a month. Their service is unreliable and instead of dealing with their error they just avoid any contact you have with them. I will never refer anyone to this agency and will let everyone know at my government agency that they are the worst contracting agency to work with!

- unhappyemployee - October 29, 2009NAI's practices are unethical. I was under a gov't contract in TX and they blatantly disrespected us the moment they were awarded the contract for the new fiscal year. They lowered our pay and we didn't give us an option towards opting out of health benefits. When you are a gov't contractor you are offered an additional $3.35 an hour for health benefits. If you chose to get health insurance then they take the premiums from the 3.35 an hour versus your base pay. Other contractors would give you a choice of either health insurance or the extra $$ which like I said earlier is 3.35 an hour on top of your base pay, so for instance if your base pay is $15 per hour, your hourly rate increases to $18.35. However NAI didn't offer that option. If you waive the healthcare they put the additional 3.35 an hour into a 401K. That's fine and dandy but it takes forever and a day for you to be 100% vested and you never get any information regarding where the 401K is going to, so you basically have money floating around that you have no clue about. Every other employer had a 401K rep and would provide you with a statement and account information, but not NAI!! Plus the receptionist is a horrible bitch with no etiquette. She needs to really get slapped in the mouth!!! They also contacted my co-worker 2 days before pay day claiming her direct deposit information that she submitted wasn't legible, when it clearly was, and why did they call 2 days before payday when she clearly submitted her direct dep info almost 2 weeks prior. Our contract with them began Oct 1st and we didn't fill out our new hire paperwork until over 1 week later and didn't know what our salary was going to be, if it was changing, who our staffing specialist was or anything! Steer clear from this horrible lack luster establishment!!!!!!!!!!

- NAI Personnel - January 26, 2009NAI Personnel is definitely not at the top of the temping game. Their job counselors do not return phone calls (DC Office), the receptionist is very impolite and very short with people. The information that they give their workers the majority of the time is inaccurate. On two separate ocassions, I was given inaccurate information on times and places for job interviews. Once you finish an assignment with them you never hear from them again. I don't care when you call they are always out of the office or on the phone and can not be disturbed. They are highly unprofessional and don't have a clue.

- Grizz - November 7, 2008I found NAI Personnel to be an undesirable outfit from the get go. After knowing for the better part of two weeks that I was going to be working for the Govt under their contract, my "representative" from NAI was painfully slow in getting me the proper initial paperwork. In fact, I did not recieve my "employee ID number ntil I had worked there for almost two weeks. This number is critical to getting paid through their system and I did not recieve mine until 24 ours before payday two weeks later. They offer horrible health benefits and no sick days. The health insurance provider they use is alots a whopping (sarcasm) $500 per year for lab work, and they use a weird system where you recieve points towards better coverage every ninety days. After 90 days it resets leaving you back with "level 1" coverage. My rep there is hard to get in touch with and slow to respond. Recently on payday my direct deposit did not post in my account due to as NAI calls it "a glitch in the system". This "glitch" left me penniless from friday to monday since I had paid my bills with the anticipation of being paid on friday. In short, avoid this outfit at all costs. It's not worth messing around with them. You'll get better benefits and a more reliable payment system working at Starbuck's.

- anonymous - May 30, 2007This agency is good until you need them to stand behind you (the employee). After a long-term assignment of mine ended, for whatever reason my employer gave me a negative evaluation despite the fact I was constantly praised for my good work. Instead of NAI standing behind me knowing that the evaluation was bogus based on several factors, NAI chose to dump me and never contacted me again.
