I have worked for this temp service for 10 months, factory 40 hrs a week. My complaint is the policies on holiday pay. I never miss work. I had completed 986 hours in of the 1000 hours (within 6 months) to be eligible for holiday pay. I had not missed days, but the other holidays counted against me. There is no way you can get holiday pay if you only work 40 hrs a week.
