I too was at Adecco and ETS last year, and it seemed that their professionalism was not up to par. In fact they were doing other things while sitting on the phones. I remember that many of the supervisors even said we don't care really if anyone shows up it's just pay that they miss; so, that goes to show that they really don't give two rats about the job itself and how serious it really is.

I have worked with Adecco back in 2008. During the whole year they only sent me to 1 place- ETS! THAT place is an harassment lawsuit waiting to happen. Michelle Reed of Adecco was the on site coordinator, but practically looked the other way when I complained about harassment from male and female ETS employees. The recruiter at the Hamilton branch, Sharon Parris was no better. I got my brother a job there and I let her know, but NEVER got the promised bonus. I took ill and had to leave an assignment early, and never got another call back for another assignment. My brother on the other hand quit and yet she informed him that he could come back whenever he wanted. She even made sure he received a wage much higher than new temps in the same position! Adecco is garbage. Avoid at all cost.

The only job they offer are ETMESS at the Q Building where the whole hood and want to be model hoodrats work. It's nothing but a fashion show and an utter lack of professionalism.

They give everyone a job at the same place. I think thats the only company they have a contract with...ETS.
