Adecco is the largest agency in the world, but not at all well respected by either clients or especially candidates. This particular branch, Montvale, is awful. It is a well known and discussed fact. The recruiters are not friendly, kind, or interested in helping people.

My interactions with this company have been for naught. They were recently sued in France/Belgium for racist practices and that isn't surprising to me. They have never been able to find me a job despite great qualifications and I have met with nothing but rudeness from their recruiters. I can't even get a filing job out of these people. It's like they start sizing me the minute I walk through the door. This one and SOS Staffing are some of the worst when it comes to discriminatory practices.

This compayny Stay away from, you have now been warned twice. fool me once, shame on you!!!! RULE. They have nothing to offer. NO Benefits and they treat you like the own you to the end. No Vacation, no sick days, no nothing. they get paid by the employer and that all they are looking for. YOU are their pay check!!!! Work at Starbucks, Mc Donalds anywhere but ADECCO....DO do it you will regret it in the end.

This is by far the most unfair, disrespectful, discriminating piece of garbage you can ever set your foot on! Horrible pay,no sick days, rarely-get-paid holidays and the worst "recruiters" imaginable. These animals don't care about you or your family, even in your worst situations. I honestly think you could do better by working in Fast Food restaurant or Starbucks. Stay away from ADECCO... you have been warned!!!

Hello June 3, can you give details on why this is the "best staffing agency?" Are you a temp, or a client? Sounds like you are someone from the agency trying to increase your rating. A temp wouldn't refer to Adecco Montvale as a "staffing agency", and a client wouldn't opine that they "try their best to get you working." Although the March 19 comment seems a little harsh, a quick internet search for "Adecco Sucks" should enlighten anyone considering Adecco.

The Montvale Adecco office is the best staffing agency I have ever worked with. Casey Hawken is understanding, genuine, and professional. Each person in the office tries their best to get you working. They are all wonderful people!
