I worked for Sedona Staffing in Moline, Illinois for a week. Now keep in mind I have done a bunch of different projects for them. I worked at a warehouse and they had me running 4 press machines my very first day. I was very nervous and confused so I asked for help. The week went on and I ran different jobs everyday. By Wednesday they had me by myself running 4 different machines and I was supposed to keep up with the pace and not let the machines get backed up. I was very upset at the fact that it was my third day, and yet they keep having me run all these machines I've never had any experience on and expecting me to keep up. So I told one of the "section leaders" about this. Friday comes and they have me run two of the fastest machines there by myself. I told the section leader that I am trying my hardest and doing everything I can but I cannot keep up with the machines, so she took me off of it and took me to the other building where I ran three somewhat easier machines. And I thought everything was okay and I was catching on, and left Friday with the intention on returning on Monday morning at the same time. I get a call from Sedona Staffing telling me that I am being let go from the warehouse because I complained about being on four different machines on my first day, and also on Friday about the two machines. Keep in mind, I only worked there a week, how do you expect somebody to man that many machines their first week? And how is it that Sedona can even allow it to happen? For this reason I give them a "0" because they are hopeless, and will never be able to keep people staffed because they are crooked and their business is shady.

This company has too high volume of applicants and not enough help so applicants tend to fall through the cracks. I've applied at this company several times and each time it was all about the employment testing. I completed the testing all three times scoring high but still they did not call me with a position. Then when I call to see if they have anything they are so busy, no one can take my call or if I'm lucky enough to get through to someone's voicemail they don't return my calls. All of the Sedona staff need too take a refresher course on how to provide good Customer Service.
