I used to temp with them in NYC before I got married (5 years ago). They always had the lowest paying jobs and they were always trying to screw us whenever they got the chance. This was the NYC office, not White Plains. I remember asking the owners Diane McGaw and Pat Rohe why they were always trying to screw us because I sent them referrals (stupid me, but back then I didn't know any better). Their answer was "because that's what happens in our industry." I couldn't believe it!! Not sure if they are still around but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

THE AGENCY IN MAITLAND FL IS THE WORST.. THEY HAVE INCOMPENTENT PEOPLE. DONT DEAL WITH THEM. HORRIBLE

I agree with the other poster who said they USED to be excellent, but have definitely suffered in quality with the economic downturn. I had worked with them for years yet could not get anyone to return my calls despite numerous phone calls advertising my availability. Oh, I worked an assignment for them and was abruptly "ended" with no explanation other than "you were great but they don't need you anymore." Turns out one of the recruiters sent her daughter in to do my job the next day.

They used to be excellent, but seem to be overwhelmed with more candidates than jobs. Even if you have worked with them in the past, that does not guarantee they will place you in a job or keep you in the one you have.

I registered on a Monday. Felt like my presence there was an annoyance. Was rushed out before anyone can possible job assignments. Was told they would call me later in the day. Never heard from them, called, never got a return call. Sent an email, never got a return email. Not sure I would recommend their services.
