I have known Bobbi and TDH for 20 years. As an office manager looking for a staff,or an employee looking for a job I wouldn't dare try another agency. Bobbi always sends you somebody who would fit in if you are honest with them

TDH, this company is full of crap they have your hopes high and the minute you don't jump through hoops for them and drop everything for them they act as though you don't exist. I signed with them years ago and they did send me on assignments but only gave me 20 minutes to get there and the assignments would be over an hour drive with no traffic. After telling I needed more time to get there they stopped calling me. I even referred 5 people to them and they kept them busy I knew then not to bother looking for them to place me, I'm great at my job I placed my self with a great office with excellent benefits. As for these doctors speaking highly of this disfunctional company, of course they would they kiss ass and expect the temps to do the same. I feel sorry for those who sell themselves cheap praising this company.

I don't know about all the negative things posted, but I agree with the good ones. It is a fine and hard working office, and they have found temps for me every time, many of them very nice and professional.

Bobby is the GREATEST ever!!! She's always traveling to Hawaii and she ALWAYS brings us Kona coffee and lots of gifts...she even brought my newborn a onesie from Hawaii. U can't please everyone but here at the office we love her. She has placed almost all our employees and we were very pleased with the results

I used TDH about two years ago. The interview process was simple and straight forward. They placed me in one office for half a day. After that every time I called they were very inattentive and brief with me. As if they didn't really have time nor care. I think that there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service. I would use them again in tough times but wouldn't expect to gain much. It's a long shot.

I love TDH, it's too bad that some of you have had a bad experience, I am sorry but I can't say that. I am happy with this agency, you guys should try some of the "other agencies" out there , trust you will go running back to TDH, They are always so nice to me and when I need work I can count on them. It's too bad that they have had a few bad apples, alot of companies make the mistake and hire bad employee periodically, that is until they get caught. how about letting them know if you have a bad experience. duh , how are they suppose to know if you don't say anything, and remember, it's not what you say but how you say it.

I have used TDH many times in the past as a hygienist and as as office manager in need of temporary or permanent help. They have always been professional and very thorough when interviewing. I was given the best offices to interview in and always got the job. They placed me as a temp at least 4-5 times and I found 2 permanent and wonderful jobs a few years back. They recently notified my that my license was showing as delinquent. COMDA had actually made an error and if it wasn't for Bobby, I would have never known. I used TDH years ago, found a great office and I'm still at the same office, I called them a while back, just to inquire about going back to them as I am not happy in my present situation, I'M still here, but the practice was bought by someone else, its just not working out, anyways, I called and whoever answered the phone was short with me, and seems like she just does not enjoy her job anymore....which is sad, I hear this company has been around for quite some time, its a shame to have your reputation ruined because you're rude....take pride in your company you guys!

TDH has been great to me and every assistant I have referred to them. Georgina has been the most help and always looked out for me while I was working for them. It’s unfortunate that others didn’t have the same experience I did, but I look forward to continuing my relationship with them and encourage other assistants to try them out. I just want to thank Bobby, Georgina and the rest of the staff for working so hard to help assistants like me when we need it. -Angelina

Tdh always comes thur for me, they have the best pay rates..If you a good assistant, they will value you.

TDH is located in Manhattan Beach NOT in Hermosa. Georgina didn't catch that!!!!!! And she needs to take an English writing class. TDH is a good agency. The girls who work there do the best they can, with what they have to work with. They got me a job and for that i'm greatful, but they do treat you like they own you...

Hello to the dental staff and dental offices out there! :)This is Georgina here at TDH. I just want to take this moment to tell everyone, thank You for all the support we get and for being all that have been patient with TDH. Especially, with the way the economy has been, but the future brings about change and as we all know this can be a great thing! This will be both beneficial to TDH and the Dental field as a whole and to have the support of the dental community is greatly appreciated! So again, Thank you to all that stick by us and sorry to those who have had an unpleasant experience but as we know we can't please everyone but hopefully are attempt to try will suffice. probably one of the most unproffessional businesses I have used. Georgina is rude doesnt listen to needs and overbearing. The company as a whole is not well organized at all.

this agency helped me find a home an office that i can call my own and that ive been with for over 6 years. they kept me paid when i didn't have a job and for that i will always appreciate them

Whoa I am not surprised. she lets the Dr. mistreat the assistants too. I worked through tdh for years until I started working for one of the doctors she sent me to. He hired me and told me not to tell bobby. She was never loyal to me why should I be loyal to her
