They are terrible do not use this agency!!!! They make false promises and lead you in the wrong direction for your career. I worked a one place that used several different agencies and advantage payed the lowest rate. I feel sorry for whoever works for Advantage!!!!

the agencies management is somewhat in-flexible and is not employee-centric in their decision making. Advantage was un able to provide the correct opportunity for hire despite lavish promisses on Advantages part to do so which led to a string along "temp to hire" for a position that their client did not in reality hold open.
