Phillips Staffing has an excellent staff. Some of you obviously did not read the "disclaimer" prior to posting your personal feelings. Perhaps you lost job because you did not follow the rules: I.E. (i.e. means for example) show up for job offered or maybe you think more of your qualifications than the potential company looking for TEMPORARY STAFF. Most of the comments above are, as you all put it, "pitiful" at best, being the ones who could type a complete, correct sentence, which were very few of you. Kudos to Phillips - only hire QUALIFIED, HONEST, DEPENDABLE, HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO WILL DO THE JOB HIRED FOR.

I have been on their waiting list for nearly a year and I have yet to get one telephone call offering any position. The staff is very unfriendly and treat you as though you are a burden for walking in and wasting their time. They only seem to employee the people that they are friends with, so I would call that a monopoly not a employment service. If you want to staff a temporary service then do so on the basis of qualifications meeting job criteria.

Back in 2000 I went to them for my first job , I had just got out of Trade School, They offer me a job on third shift paying $7 a hour I acceptedit because I needed a job but by the time I got almost home A company call me with a permanent job paying $11.65 so I called them back way ahead of time and told them I couldnt take the job. Don't you know to this day its almost 2011 they stillhold that against me.

Have called about jobs and gets the same answer every time so you really can't believe what they say they will do for you and that is sad for a business that claim they help place people on jobs. I pray your way thinking change if not you all may be looking for employment. Tell the truth and leave it at that.

I just happened across this site. This company has staffed personal for many different companies. These complaints that alot of you are making, maybe you need to look at your own work ethics. If you are not the cream of the crop, a company will not keep you and definately not call you back.

I have worked for phillips staffing for several months now and i highly recomend them. If anyone questions their integrity, look at their past work history. The idea of "clicks" is absurd as people are hired off the street and are interviewed and placed in the best fitting position. Grow up.

This office is full of s#!%. Your right if your not in their little click they will not place you in a job. They told me if you have ever been terminated from a job they will not consider you for employment. How in the heck are you suppose to find a job. They could not provide me with no policy paperwork that let me know it was more of a personal decision. Your right need new management. Watch out for Jamie also!

A several people were told they could not be hired again, because they didn't make their appointments. Some people circumstances were really emergencies. Get real people. Phillip Staffing was really a great staffing agency to work for in the past. What happened? Do they lack integrity?

This office will lie to you i was to start a job last wed. They called me back tue. afternoon told me the product had not come in told me it would be thur. or fri. So i called them today and she said there product had not came in yet. I think that they just hired too many people.

If you are not in there little click good luck getting a job! I was laid off with a lot of other people who had been late or laid out of work I how ever was not but because I didn't fit in there group I have not been placed but other people I woked with have. Some were even on there last warning. I never had a warning.Keep your eye on Tammy!!!

I know this is a temp.service and they can get rid of you when they want to,but to get rid of you after being injured on the job is pitiful. The manager of this office should be termed on the spot.I worked very hard and this is what I get.
