I have worked with 18 Karat for nearly 20 years. The organization has always been professional with the models, talent, and customers. They are the best in the area by far.

I have used 18 Karat for a little over five years. I find that their models are top-notched and they bring professionalism, and an enormous selection of wardrobe, personality and flair to my shoots. I would recommend 18 Karat Model and Talent to my peers who expect the best.

We found Cindy Swicegood to be as stated above, cruel and petty. She's an angry woman with a control-freak attitude, about everything from the way you walk in for an open call to the color toe nail polish you wear. I'd stay clear.

Previously worked with 18 karat and it was the worst decision in my professional career. The director was unprofessional as well as often petty and cruel to those who work for her. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend this agency to others. After working with agencies in New York and Atlanta I was highly disappointed. This agency exemplifies "small-town" modeling and management even though it is in a larger metropolitan city. The quality of the models are good however the models are not given a chance due to the lack of appropriate representation.
