Hi everyone. I am having headaches trying to learn more in this area. What would be the required skills set for HR realted job? Does it really required to have legal knowledge too? I do understand that it'll need some employment act knowledge, but what esle?

Your guides are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not in this field but I'm sure there are lots of requirements needed for this kind of job. Of course, you should have a lot ok knowledge and skills and you should finish a course related to this field.

Do not worry much, just consult a senior HR and i am sure he will be able to help you out. Firstly, you require the talent of choosing the best person among a list of say a thousand people ( and that is tough) Next you require the experience of working with different people and what kind of person is beneficial for a company and who can make the company suffer.

The most important requirement for this field is either a degree in HR or else an MBA. That would help u with the amount of knowledge necessary for working in this area, and most important u should be able to handle crisis within management.
