Is it ok if you're going to include to you're resume the previous job you have but you're record in that company is not that good because of some valid reason?

Yeah you must include whatever you have done so far... remember dont try and hide your mistakes.. instead show them how that mistake helped you to gain more experience and improved your stand.

If your record with the company is not good..then don't include that job. Bad reputation is not needed. So what did you do? Did you punch the boss in the face like i did? Whatever it is, don't include it.

As two others have shown, there are multiple ways to look at this. I personally don't include jobs that either: don't pertain to the position I'm applying in any way, I didn't stay at for very long, or that may have less than wonderful things to say about me. Most of my omitted jobs fit in category "a" though.

Well, if you already have lot of job experiences to add to your resume..Then leaving a bad one out is completely ok. You don't need to invite bad attention. If you left your last job in wrong terms, then you shouldn't mention it at all.
