How long???

I'm working in a company as a tech support representative in DSL provider. I feel that the job is not right for me and I'm no longer happy and I'm not enjoying the job anymore. Just want to know your opinion. How long should you give yourself before you decide that the job isn't right for you? I really need advice!!

well depends... if you really feel that the job isnt good then leave it... go ahead and get a new one... but make sure you are paid better there... dont act in a hurry .. stay slow and steady! and one more thing... when you get the other job.. make sure that you will have a good time doing it

There is your answer right there. If you are not happy, then it is time to move on. Your job is something you are engaged in for a good part of your life. It must be something that you enjoy. There's nothing worse than being stuck in a job that you are not happy with. Get out and good luck finding what's right for you.

Within one week, I usually know if I like a job or not. You need to look for another job while you're "stuck" in this one, and once you get it, give them your 2-weeks notice! Don't stay in a job you can't stand, you'll just end up miserable.
