I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources. I will graduate in November 2006 from the University of Phoenix. My question is: when I finish how will I be able to break into the human resources field without the actual experience? I am currently working in data entry, but I do have some management experience. If anyone has advise I would definitely consider it. Thanks for all your help.

I think after you complete your degree you will be taken in by the company through campus recruitment or else you send your resume online or to any recruiting firm and they will send it to the companie and you will get a job of a trainee. and after the trainee you will become assistant Hr manager.

I think that having your Masters degree will help you land a job. I wouldn’t worry about not having any prior experience. A lot of employers like to have new graduates so they can train you to their specifications.
