Is there life after HR?

I have been in HR for about 9 years and am VERY ANXIOUS to try something new. Anyone have any suggestions as to what type of positions I could go into using my HR Generalist skills and experience??? I guess as an HR person I should be able to figure this out for myself...but it so much easier to advise others than to figure out what I actually want and can qualify for. Thanks!

I have also been very anxious to know what after an HR i think apart from going to better heights there is the head of hr department and then hr director and so on..

HR people posses social and people skills. These can be used in most daily activities. For example, you can set-up some match-making business or coordinate conferences. As long as two or more people wants to meet and do something together, HR can get in the action.
