I have been out of school for almost a year and have a degree in HR and MIS. I have been working for an IT staffing company for almost 7 months now doing full-cycle recruiting and some account management. I have technical skills, but am interested in HR. In order to attain a position in HRIS I know I must gain more experience, but the question is more experience in what type of role. I wanted to know what type of jr. level positions should I be looking at to eventually pursue a career in HRIS.
