Recent college grad looking to get into HRIS

I have been out of school for almost a year and have a degree in HR and MIS. I have been working for an IT staffing company for almost 7 months now doing full-cycle recruiting and some account management. I have technical skills, but am interested in HR. In order to attain a position in HRIS I know I must gain more experience, but the question is more experience in what type of role. I wanted to know what type of jr. level positions should I be looking at to eventually pursue a career in HRIS.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you are interested in HR then join any firm as an HR trainee and then you will be taken in as a HR assistant and then manager.. THese are just broad classifications and to go to the top level you need to start from scratch.
